With its financial service-oriented structure, to ensure that the financial resources of our University are obtained and used effectively, economically and efficiently, to ensure financial transparency and accountability, to carry out budget preparation, implementation, accounting, reporting and financial control of all financial transactions in accordance with the legislation, to advise the senior manager and expenditure authorities on the implementation of financial laws and other relevant legislation, to coordinate strategic management and planning activities, to develop performance and quality criteria.
